Yeh it's quality. It's the train bit now. Remember you had to shoot the panel in the floor with the mp5. Took bloody ages and then Natalia was slow as hell getting off the train

If you want a super healthy dinner, I made one of the new soups last night. A curried Butternut Squash soup. Butternut Squash is just coming into season so if you have farm shop or greengrocer nearby, they'll be cheap as chips for the next couple of months and this recipe has zero fat of any kind in it. No oils, butters or anything, but is very filling.

1 butternut Squash, skinned and chopped into inch square chunks.
3tsp/1dessert spoon of garam masala
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1pint chicken stock (use veg stock if you want or are cooking for a vegetarian)
salt and pepper to taste.

That's it. Just pour the stock over the squash in a large pan with the garam masala and turmeric and bring to the boil. When boiling, turn down the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the squash chunks are soft enough crush with the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat, blend well, return to heat and season to taste.

It's got a korma kind of flavour, but the squash flavour is still predominant and it is incredibly filling and warming, a great autumn/winter soup that is about as healthy as it can be! :-)

If you wanted a little better depth of flavour, you could toast the spices in a little oil before adding the squash and stock, but I like keeping it super healthy.

I have been out shopping for bike stuff, then blead the front brakes. loads air ing them after hammering around mallory park. Wasnt fun half way through the day pulling the lever to find mush brakes did have a little twitch lol

i did it was awesome, learnt to hang of the bike propperly now. Not got my knee down yet very very close. shreaded front and rear tyres :) happy days.

I only get to drive in scotland need to get the bike up there. some great roads. Im sure i havent seen the best yet either.
