I've seen a trailer and nearly died laughing. What kind of person comes up with that!

If you've never heard of it, it's worth a search on youtube, but not for the squeemish or easily offended.

It's not that bad when you watch it. The idea is horrible, but it's not bad to watch. It's worth a watch, but it won't be the best you've ever seen!

Oh...the director got the idea as he'd always said he thought the that peadophiles should have their mouths attached to a fat truck drivers rrrs. It kinda went from there and got made into the film...lol

I didn't think there was any way it could live up to it's claims. Probably will rent it just for comedy value.

According to the director it's 100% anatomically correct, although apparently it's been ridiculed by surgeons.

This was the first sequence. The next one has just finished and is The Human Centipede II Full Sequence with twelve people joined.

It's good in that it makes you think about things, but there are a few augh out loud moments in with the cringy moments.
