My Mam and Dad seem to be having a crap holiday!
Firstly thier flight got delayed, then it got redirected to Athens because of turbulence.

"I know what is expected of me at work"
"I have the opportunity to use my skils daily"
"I have received feedback from my manager in the last 7 days"

We have to score each of these questions. 1 to 5. 1 being "Strongly disagree" and 5 being "Strongly agree"

I answered most of my questions 2. Thats not going go down well. Just as well its annoymous.

No not really. We got told in January that we might be being made redundant, I kept my job. Then I got told a few weeks ago that redundancy may be on the cards or a relocation package.

The management team are week. Theres no lead and the lead role I used to do got taken off me and hasnt had anything else been put in place.

So I'm in a Do I, dont I, state of Flux, where I have no idea what the f*ck it is I am actually supposed to be doing. One of the project managers I work with has now decided he's a server architect and made some quite frankly random decisions and I dont get why he's doing it.

Place is gone weird, which reflects my scores. We are told to be honest otherwise theres no point doing it. I wasnt nasty or harsh, I was just honest....

Got a meeting with the big boss tomorrow to go over some stuff, so hopefully can sort it out then. Or at least I get myself into the position where I can make decisions again so I can start driving the projects forward that I am working on.
