Morning! As my FB followers may have seen. I was a little stressed last night with the Public Transport system in the country.

3 hours to get home!!! Wrong kind of sun apprently! Fecking useless

I have decided that, once i have sorted my insurance out, then its back on the bike week after next.

Just got back from A&E, they said I haven't done any 'damage' per se (I managed to snap a ligament Feb last year, in the same knee) I've just wrenched everything and caused a load of swelling which is making it all stiff and horrible and painful.

Lots of rest, lots of ice. If it doesn't improve after a couple of days it's off to see nice Mr surgeon again!

ive never made it baked beans but i have made it with celery and a cheesy leek topping once when Law was over

its made with beef mince and the carrots are chopped up so small you can't see them as its the only way i can get veg in my 20 month old son

i agree i can't bear cooked carrots its the only way i eat them too most veg really i like brocolli and cauli as long they are covered in a cheese sauce i don't mind peas tho as for the rest urgh

but when you have a child you need to get their five a day down them and he won't eat fruit apart from grapes and bananas either :rolleyes:

Very good thank you. Busy working as always......but nothing changes there.

To be honest, its been one of those years where everything has flown by. Lily and I are looking to move....back towards some countryside for a nicer living space.......will mean a longer train journey but better quality of life.

If it's any consoloation to those storm hit members of the Org, this afternoon I am not only working from home, but from the comfort of my back garden in the nice, warm sunshine!

First flight was cancelled yesterday morning, second flight too much fog around the platform in the afternoon, flight is on hold from 7:15 this morning due to fog around another platform we have to pick people up on, and theres currently lightning in the field, so don't know if I will get off today, theres a chopper around half 6, but depends whats happening elsewhere :(
