hahahaaaa i just spotted that. dyslexia strikes again lol
well done m8 stick in there. i gave up for a year then turned to the dark side again. the money i saved in that year went a loooong way to me getting the new bike.

this is the 3 time since new year I've tried to quit!
Its an occupational hazard in what I'm in atm
the biggest thing that helped me was boiled sweets. every time i got a craving for a fag i just sucked a sweet.
that dont sound right lol.
bigest problem was i went from 9.5st to 16st in 6 months.

getting there m8. i'm at 10.5-11st. i have gone from a 46'' waist to a 34-36 in 6 months. i can get into a 32 but its a wee bit tight.

the biggest factor in me loosing weight was it was hard to wipe my arz. seriously i dont know how fat people manage it.
from then on it was feck this i'm going on a diet.

@andy didnt want to derail yc's thread about joe joes, roosters etc so thought it was ok to do it in here ;) i have lost hours in joe joe just looking at anything and nothing great place. You been to roosters when the young lass is working she can rebuild any bike with her eyes shut :smt007

They are delish. Used to get them all the time at school then they just disappeared. I'm not giving in though. 12 bags of them would have a very bad effect on my diet and I'm not giving up till I get a 6pack and I'm very close lol
